AFLOAT Watersports – Terms and Conditions

1. Pricing
   All prices listed by AFLOAT Watersports are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Accuracy of Information
   AFLOAT Watersports reserves the right to correct any typographical or printing errors that may appear on our website or in any promotional materials.
3. Price and Calculation Errors
   We reserve the right to correct any pricing or calculation errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.
4. Right to Decline or Cancel Orders
   AFLOAT Watersports reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that we believe places the company, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position, whether financially or for any other justifiable reason. In such cases, we will attempt to notify the customer of the cancellation, provided a valid email address has been supplied. Please note that we may choose to notify via email only and are not obligated to incur further communication costs.

Examples of Situations That May Result in Cancellation Include:

(a) Unsuccessful Payment Authorization
Payment cannot be processed using the payment card details provided, and our requests for updated information receive no response within a reasonable timeframe.

(b) Insufficient Delivery Information
The delivery address is incomplete or unclear, and we receive no response to our requests for clarification, leading us to believe successful delivery is unlikely.

(d) Incomplete Customer or Payment Information
Customer or payment information is insufficient or unverifiable.

(e) Incorrect or Unfeasible Delivery Date
Requested delivery date is not viable and is coupled with other incomplete or inconsistent order details, with no customer response to our inquiries.

(f) Urgent Orders with Incomplete Details
Orders marked for urgent or immediate dispatch that include inaccurate or poorly entered information and no response is received upon follow-up.

(g) Suspected Fraudulent or Erroneous Orders
If, based on our assessment, we suspect the order may be fraudulent, placed in error, or otherwise inappropriate.

While AFLOAT Watersports anticipates that the vast majority of orders will proceed without issue, we reserve the right to cancel any order should the need arise. We will not entertain complaints related to such cancellations where the above conditions apply and we do not feel comfortable fulfilling the order.

In some instances, AFLOAT Watersports reserves the right not to provide a detailed explanation for the cancellation of an order.
