The Wichard US Sailing Offshore Single Tether is a 6-foot elastic webbing safety tether equipped with one double-action safety hook and one stainless steel snap hook. Designed to deliver the highest level of safety at sea, it features an automatic closing and opening mechanism, a wide 26 mm opening, and Wichard’s patented V-Nose tip for effortless hooking and unhooking. The high-quality elastic webbing is retro-reflective for enhanced night visibility, while the compact and lightweight design ensures comfort and ease of use. Its exclusive SmartLoop system allows the tether to adapt to different needs, enabling quick conversion between single and double configurations. Constructed with an anodized aluminum hook for excellent strength and corrosion resistance, this tether meets ISO 12401:2009 and World Sailing OSR safety standards and includes an overload indicator on all models.
