The Wichard HR Snap Shackle with a large bail and 105mm length is crafted from high-resistance 17.4 PH stainless steel, providing exceptional working and breaking loads of 2820 lb and 7930 lb respectively. Its large eye allows attachment of multiple ropes, while the swivel ensures free rotation for optimal sail orientation. The plunger pin is securely captive within the hook, preventing detachment, and the shackle opens easily by pulling the pin, with the option to attach a lanyard for convenience. This snap shackle is engineered for demanding rigging applications where strength, reliability, and smooth operation are essential.
