The Wichard Releasable Elastic Tether is a 2-meter elastic safety line designed for reliable offshore protection, extending smoothly from 1 to 2 meters. It features one fluorescent double-action safety hook and one quick-opening snap shackle for fast release in emergency situations. Built according to OSR and World Sailing recommendations, the tether includes an overload indicator to signal excessive strain. Constructed with a 316L stainless steel double safety snap hook and durable polyamide webbing, it provides dependable performance for safety onboard. Weighing only 0.767 lb, it meets OSR (ISAF) compliance standards for professional offshore use.
