Description
This Wichard HR snap shackle is forged from high-resistance 17.4 PH stainless steel and features a clevis pin swivel that allows free rotation for smooth and efficient operation. The captive plunger pin is securely integrated into the hook to prevent accidental detachment, while the design provides excellent working and breaking loads suitable for demanding marine use. It opens easily by pulling the plunger pin, with the option to attach a lanyard for even quicker handling. Offering a working load of 5290 lb (2400 kg) and a breaking load of 15430 lb (7000 kg), this snap shackle is engineered for strength, reliability, and performance across a range of snap shackle applications.
