The Wichard Profurl C260 Headsail Reefing-Furling System is designed for boats between 5 and 7 meters, offering a cost-effective, self-contained halyard furling solution. Easy to install on the existing forestay, the C260 requires no maintenance and helps minimize forestay sag by balancing loads from the halyard and sail. Its simple attachment to the lower swage terminal allows straightforward installation, and the system can be separated into two sections for safe transport and storage. The self-contained halyard passes over a top sheave box and returns to a sheave and cam cleat, allowing the remaining halyard length to function as a furling line once the sail is hoisted and tensioned, providing smooth and efficient sail handling.
