We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We currently ship to the United States, and Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Members of the WaveRider program have 6 months after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [AFLOAT, 400 US-1 Suite B South, Falmouth, ME 04105] All returns are ultimately at the discretion of AFLOAT.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like boats, used boats, watercraft, used gear, rentals, WaveRider Memberships, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and excessively dirty gear or used gear. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. All oversized items must be returned in-person to the AFLOAT store. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges Please contact orders@afloatpro.com for exchanges. Gifts can be exchanged for in-store merchandise or store credit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an exchange or be refunded your original payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Cash payments larger than $100 will be issued a check via USPS mail within 30 days. WaveRider Membership Points will be retroactively reflected.
